Yurgovuchia (Saurian Isle)

 Size comparison:

Length: 2.5 meters

Weight: 18-23 kg

A coyote sized dromaeosaur, Yurgovuchia dirus falls on the smaller end of the theropod spectrum. Unlike the slightly larger Deinonychus, Yurgovuchia live solitary lives hunting lizards and mammals.

They are commonly found in areas of dense vegetation such as the dark forest, where their excellent eyesight and night vision come into play. They release high pitched squeals, shrieks and snarls, the purpose of which is poorly understood, but it may allow Yurgovuchia to confuse it's prey while hunting.
